has divided the book into sections with the five seasons and a list
of food items that are to be eaten within that season.
There are sections for tofu, tempeh and rice. Also included are
descriptions of exercises for each organ that is associated with
each season. The recipes are low cost, simple, healing
and nurturing for our body temple. Many mini charts are
throughout the book to enjoy.

I would highly recommend Suman’s instructor trainings for Tai Chi, Qigong for energy balance, and Yoga classes. He is very patient and has a very calm teaching voice. I felt very comfortable in asking him to repeat a move over and over again, until I felt comfortable in what I was doing on my own. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does! I have really enjoyed teaching Tai Chi and our residents have enjoyed it as well. Thank you Suman!
